EVALUATION OF MINERALIZED PLASMATIC MATRIX DURING SINUS LIFT WITH THE SIMULTANEOUS PLACEMENT OF DENTAL IMPLANTS

Objectives:Mineralized plasmatic matrix is reported to improve the quality of bone/fibrin mixture, creating a stable and easy handle homogeneous material. However, few studies evaluate use mineralized during sinus lift with simultaneous placement dental implants. Purpose: This study evaluated efficiency or not MPM compared xenograft bone grafting in maxillary lift. Patients methods:This was conducted randomly on patients selected for treatment total sixteen lateral windows implant placement. Their ages ranged between 20 60 years old. Participating were divided into two groups equally The control group: eightsinus floor elevation performed using As material, Xenograft used. eight Sinus achieved has been used form as CBCT taken before after augmentation measure volume height 1 week baseline (T0), 6 months (T1), 12 (T0) (T2). Osstell(PT) assessment stability at insertion (PT0) well loading visit (PT1). Result:A significant difference observed (p=0.049). No (p=0.129) graft. Conclusion:MPM eliminated need barrier membranes when guided regeneration procedure considered.The useofMPM offered greater graft handling.
